Transtar’s Basecoat Reducers have been formulated as a comparable offering for use in Dupont’s ChromaBase and ChromaPremier Basecoat colors. These new Basecoat Reducers will improve overall appearance for a smoother basecoat finish and better metallic flake color. Transtar’s Basecoat Reducers are designed to assist cure and flash times and improve basecoat performance. They will also help with sand scratch swelling on sensitive substrates.
