Universal Primer is a high quality lacquer (nitrocellulose) primer surfacer with good filling and sanding characteristics. Universal Primer dries fast and provides very good topcoat holdout. It may be used under acrylic enamels, acrylic lacquers, alkyd enamels and urethane enamels.
