Hydroflex® is a flexible, low V.O.C. primer-surfacer, designed for professional refinishing of thermoplastic and thermoset substrates. It provides excellent hold-out and adhesion. Hydroflex® provides fast filling characteristics, and sands easily without clogging. It complies with the requirements of the S.C.A.Q.M.D. Rule 1151 Specialty Coating: Elastomeric Materials V.O.C. < 7.0 #/gal (840g/l). Hydroflex® can be directly topcoated with alkyd enamels, acrylic enamels, lacquer and urethane enamel systems (Basecoat/ Clearcoat).
