Plasto-Mend TPO Ahdesion Promoter is a chemical bonding prep formulated for the repair and refinishing of problem plastics. It has a unique blend of chlorinated polyolefines to promote adhesion of coatings and repair materials to PP (Polypropylene), PE (Polyethylene), TPO (Thermoplastic Olefins) and most difficult to bond plastics.
