This unique ready-to-use primer has low odor and low V.O.C’s. It is easy to apply, is fast drying, has high build characteristics and is easy to sand wet or dry (within 1-2 hours @ 77°F and 50% relative humidity). Hydrobase V2 provides excellent adhesion to bare metal with good hold out properties. Complies with the requirements of SCAQMD Rule 1151 for primer surfacers.
